		<description>Yes, a lot of the folks I played with were one nighters - Chris came through town as well as Clifford Jordan.  That was kind of cool because Clifford was in one of my jazz history books.  I was also fortunate enough to rehearse with Billy Eckstine but he got sick right before a 3-day gig and it was canceled.  Music was a big part of my life in my twenties.</description>

Thank you for your comment. I&#039;ve got a 3 year old myself and balancing family and music ain&#039;t easy!

Anyway, I just bought this book and will hopefully start this week. It&#039;s great to find sites like this that help un-tech-y people like me :) I look forward to reading more reviews and posts here.
